📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute strategic plans for luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and high-end hospitality ventures
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Elevate guest experiences through data-driven insights and exceptional service standards
- Optimize operational efficiencies to enhance profitability and sustainability
- Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to drive excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality strategy, consulting, or a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful hospitality strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of hospitality software and systems, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Certification in hospitality strategy or a related field is a plus
