📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings and models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Convert CAD designs into CAM programs for CNC machining, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that manufacturing instructions are clear, concise, and error-free.
• Perform quality checks on manufactured parts to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CAD/CAM and precision manufacturing.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the use of CAD/CAM software and best practices in precision manufacturing.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files related to CAD/CAM projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD/CAM operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in industry-standard CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
