๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fisheries extension, aquaculture, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices and environmental stewardship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with local communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in working in a remote or rural setting is a plus.
