📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons for students of all levels.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors and educational staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Promote cultural exchange by incorporating Chinese culture and traditions into the curriculum.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Professional teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin or a related language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Canva.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
