• Develop and deliver engaging ICT lessons that integrate coding, robotics, and digital literacy into the IB curriculum.
• Design and implement hands-on projects and real-world applications to foster creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student performance, ensuring alignment with IB learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curricula and share best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ICT education, and incorporate them into your teaching.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote technology education and digital literacy.
• Mentor and support junior teachers in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching ICT or a related subject.
• Certification in IB teaching or a strong understanding of the IB curriculum.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with educational software and tools such as Scratch, Python, and Minecraft Education Edition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues effectively.
