📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of assigned business units.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences using SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Conduct needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify training opportunities.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development throughout their career lifecycle.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
• Certification in HR or L&D (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
