📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track compliance-related activities and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for compliance training and awareness programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related activities.
• Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring that all compliance activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a regulatory or compliance function.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international compliance regulations and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with compliance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
