As our Mine Power Systems Manager, you will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to develop and implement power solutions that meet the unique challenges of our mining environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our power systems, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-voltage power systems for mining operations.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of power infrastructure to support mining activities.
- Develop and implement power solutions tailored to the unique challenges of our mining environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for power systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of power equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on power systems and safety protocols.
- Monitor and analyze power system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in power systems management, with a focus on high-voltage applications.
- Certification in power systems, such as Certified Power Systems Professional (CPSP) or similar.
- Strong understanding of mining industry power requirements and challenges.
- Proficient in using power systems software, such as ETAP, SKM, or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to power systems.
- Familiarity with the mining industry in Indonesia, particularly in Bangka Belitung, is a plus.
