Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial guidance to regional managers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Work with regional managers to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including SOX and GAAP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
