📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English lessons for students of all ages.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and student needs.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them improve their English skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of your students and the school.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English, preferably in a coaching or tutoring capacity.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
