🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
