📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and other sales-related activities to network and build relationships.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
