🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, sales consulting, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and close deals.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of consumer behavior.,Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and challenges.
