📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products at competitive prices.
• Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management using tools like SAP or similar systems.
• Create and maintain attractive and organized store displays.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer preferences and industry trends.
• Train and mentor junior staff on merchandising best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure store performance meets targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role in the FMCG or Baby Shop sector.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
