📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
