Hotel Zahra Digital is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training programs.,Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.
