📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and social media content,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual style,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the company's goals and target audience,Design and produce promotional materials for events and campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Manage and organize design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget,Present design concepts to the team and clients, providing clear and concise explanations,Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong portfolio,Familiarity with social media design and digital marketing trends
