📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly and that our goals are achieved.,Ensure that all departmental activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, and develop solutions to resolve them.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
