📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
