📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
