Sentral Wati Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure food safety and quality.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and potential issues.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Train and supervise junior lab technicians to ensure consistent performance.,Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.,Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to address food safety and quality concerns.,Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).,Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food safety certification (e.g., IFS, SQF) is a plus.
