📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition,Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure effectiveness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
