Sun Village Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure the company's budget is met.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's overall goals.,Provide regular reports to management on procurement activities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
