Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
