📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing as needed.,Provide reports and updates on fleet status and performance to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
