📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor and maintain property records and documentation
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance property value
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing vendors and service providers
- Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Property Management (CPM) or a related certification is a plus
