📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job descriptions and posting on career portals.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
