📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists during dental procedures, including preparing patients, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic, including sterilizing instruments and disposing of waste.
• Take and develop dental x-rays using our digital radiography system.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk, including answering phones and handling patient inquiries.
• Assist in dental hygiene procedures, such as scaling and polishing.
• Keep detailed records of patient treatments and follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or similar healthcare role.
• Certification from a recognized dental assisting program (e.g., ADA Certified Dental Assistant).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
