📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook food for daily operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure all food is prepared and served to high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handling certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
